Eight Days on Retreat!
Welcome! The next days have been designed with YOU in mind! We’ll start the day with some yoga to
get us moving and set our intentions. Whether you’re just beginning your practice or are a yoga veteran,
our sessions are focused on each person’s energy and physicality. In other words, we’re all about
modifications. Spectular breakfasts from the Villa Shanti kitchen feature Bali at its freshest. Workshops
with your chosen Marquee Speaker take us to lunch. You’ll have time in the afternoon to chill by the pool,
journal or take advantage of the Extra Sessions. We’ll have another workshop in the afternoon to explore
more modalities that follow the Speaker’s morning theme and then a bit of movement that could be
yin or restorative yoga, Bollywood dancing or hula-hooping. We’ll wind down the day with a light dinner
overlooking the infinity pool. Over dinner we’ll recap the day, tell stories and relax before
we head off to slumberland.
